Nature's Accessible Backyard

shapeimage_3 Nature's Accessible Backyard Trail was designed for visitors unable to use regular walking trails. The 1,100 foot paved trail near parking and the Visitors Center provides access to a wildflower garden, a deck overlooking Beaver Pond, a water garden and a gazebo with viewing binoculars overlooking Heron Pond. There are resting areas with benches and room for wheelchairs. The trail loops through meadow and shrub habitats and over a bridge toward a bird feeding area. Trail maps are available at the Center.
